You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. By purchasing, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products and Orders
We sell and ship only within the United States. All orders are charged at the time of purchase. Wholesale orders may be placed through Faire or directly with us, and resale of products purchased through authorized wholesale channels is permitted.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders using USPS. Delivery times are based on USPS guidelines, generally within 5 business days after they receive the package. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 365-Day No-Stress Promise. You may return products opened, tried, or partially used for any reason within one year of purchase. To start a return, email hello@mildlyhandsome.com with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions. Refunds are credited to your original payment method once the return is received. No restocking fees apply.
Communications
You may opt in to receive promotional emails or text messages from us. Transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates will be sent regardless of marketing preferences. You can unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.
